At Lerbrekk the Original house from 1876 is rented out to Maik and Reiner who both work for Jæren Gulv as painters. Annika, Laila, Leif and Elaine live in the newer house. There is a horse stall and 2 ware- houses that include an office where Elaine and Leif both work. A windbreak, garden and riding arena all are part of the big pictue. The 18 acers has a river to the north where it is possible to catch salmon and stone fences to the west and south. The main costal highway, The North Sea Road, is to the east. Here we see bike riders from the whole world using the route to bycycle around countires that border The North Sea
